hanging out

yesterday was not a good day in general. i was in charge of summer enrollment, and it being the first day, there was a whole barrage of students vying for limited slots in the few classes that were offered. so much so that by 11 am, most classes were already closed.
to shake off the malaise and stress of the day, i stopped over at ebai's, a coffee shop along upper session road. their apple walnut cake is fantastic!--considering i don't like nuts, right? and their benguet barako was good enough to take without cream. i just sat outside, staring at the sunset, occasionally scribbling in my notebook, and breathing in the cold baguio air.
