awesome sculptures

one of our co-teachers, sir bob acosta, is holding his exhibit of terra cotta paintings here in school. saw them last week, and found them so amazing! the details are so intricate, and the expression on the faces of his sculptures are so alive! i'll take a pic of them and post them here. but you know that it's different if you see them live and in person, right?:) it's just such a great use of the medium--i've never seen terra cotta in that way before!
