options
i'm generally enjoying baguio, and i've been told that i look happy (someone said: larawan ka ng isang babaeng masaya). but with recent events, i realize that maybe i should be looking at this not as a stop but as a stopover in my journey through life.
all of a sudden, opportunities and options are opening up for me to go to cebu, to mindanao, to the US, to europe. cindy's post opened my eyes to the fact that i don't have to limit my circle of friends to the ones i already have, and that my friends will remain to be so, wherever i may be. same with my family, and "families". LL's posts also reminded me that i still want to go to so many places--to ride around in a vespa in rome, to browse 2ndhand books in london, to swim the great barrier reef, to surf in hawaii, to visit mecca, to pilgrimage in the holy land, to walk the streets of tokyo.
maybe that's the reason why nothing's tying me down here. maybe i'm meant to satisfy my wanderlust by moving on, slowly but surely.
i don't know how to go about it yet, which to prioritize, but i think i may be heading in that direction in the long run.
