kiss kiss kiss! mwah!

finally found a DVD of my hubby's movie "kiss kiss bang bang". it made the rounds of film fests last year. i'm happy to say that it's a wonderful film! not only because jhun was in almost every scene, not only because he was in tip-top acting shape, but also because val kilmer's performance was exceptional, the story is so involving, and the dialogue sparkled with wit. it's a film noir spoof. now, for the unfamiliar, a throwback/homage to film noir would be most of "the usual suspects"--except for the latter part. but since this is a spoof, it's so postmodern, with jhun being the witty narrator. funny! funny! funny! i was laughing throughout the movie--up to the very end. and oh, yes, there are realy kilig moments too between jhun and his leading lady. sorry, you will understand if i didn't research her, right?;)
